It is one of the best soup and sandwich places I have been to in many, many, many years (and I'm 60 years old). We will make the drive just to go there for lunch again. If you're not sure what to get on your sandwich, just let them decide. They are truly "Sandwich Artists," unlike the other place that calls themselves that. They also have other homemade baked goods and canned products for sale. If you ask them, they also sell their honey mustard and spicy honey mustard. They are both so delicious we ran out very quickly, and they are large sized squeeze bottles. You won't be disappointed if you stop by. Next time, I'm going to try some of the homemade freezer baked stuff. They have a pickle dip that looks good, and all sorts of cakes and squares.... mmm good. I just can't wait until the next time we go.
Summer road trip and so glad we found this!! By far the BEST Rueben sandwich I’ve had. I ate it too fast to take a pic. They make their own MUSTARD! We had a vegetarian and a non dairy diet with us and we all loved our custom sandwiches. Finished it all off with homemade Oreos!
We had the best lunch there, our sandwiches were fabulous and the people are great.
BBQ pork sandwich of the day was outstanding! As a bonus, I couldn't walk away without trying a couple of the sweet dessert options. Great little place!
Brilliant sandwich shop in Barrhead! The bread was so soft and delicious. The homemade soup also a highlight!
Every time I go through Barrhead for work, I stop here to eat. Always incredibly good home-made bread and sandwiches. They sell their own honey and jams too, which are equally as tasty
Terry and crew are amazing hands down great people, food, and hospitality. I definitely recommend to anyone who loves fresh and home-made! An added bonus is the pickles, jams and homemade mustards . Absolutely amazing. Thank you and we will be back soon!
Stopped here for sandwiches on our way through Barrhead. It was 15 minutes before closing time and I was leary as to the service and quality of food we would get. I was mistaken. The sandwiches were excellent. The service was excellent. The homemade bread was delicious! The prices were very reasonable. We also tried a couple desserts to go- the peanut butter tart was amazing. We will be stopping here again.
